Michael Beriault

Expert for International Sales Performance Improvement Michael Beriault (born 1961) was born in Germany and grew up in the United States. He came back to Germany in 1985 and has been permanently based here since 1991.  

After receiving his Bachelor of Science at the age of 21, he was hired for a “High-Potential” Management Development Program by a market leader in the segment food service. He quickly established his reputation through his leadership in several high-profile projects on a regional and national level.  

At the age of 23, he came to Germany as General Manager to open this company’s first international purchasing and distribution center. He hired and developed a team that was able to bridge the gap between corporate standards and local business needs and requirements. 

Four years later he moved to the retail and franchise side of the business. He served as Manager for New Openings and Training. In this hands-on position he not only personally trained managers and employees, but was also responsible for turning around poorly performing store operations.  

In 1995 he founded Peachtree CTC, and since then has been active world-wide as an expert for Sales Performance Improvement.

  • Bachelor of Science 1983 in “Political Science” and “Public Administration” with the emphasis “International Relations,” Georgia College and State University, Georgia/USA
  • INtem Interval System, Trainer Certification for Sales Training
  • INtem Master Trainer Certification – NLP-Business in Sales
  • NLP-Practioner (certified through the German Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming)
  • Member of BDVT (German Professional Organization for Trainers, Consultants and Coaches)
  • BDVT-certified Trainer/Consultant
  • Member ASTD (American Society for Training and Development)
  • Qualification as Business and Management Coach
  • Certified as OPQ32 auditor (Occupational Personality Questionnaire)QMF-TÜV DIN 9000:2001 (Specialist for Quality Management certified by the German Technical Inspection Authority)
He supplements these qualifications with numerous seminars, lectures and workshops every year to continuously learn and practice new skills in improving the design and delivery of interventions aimed at sales performance improvement.
